Other duties include, but are not limited to: • Providing administrative support to the Senior Attorney in the management of the agency’s Records Management and the FOIL tracking processes.• Developing a general understanding of the Freedom of Information Law.• Reviewing current DFS records retention policies and updating as needed.• Developing retention policies for new records and communicating with the Divisions to identify those records.
